DC Noles Award Scholarships to Two Area Students
The DC Noles are pleased to announce our two 2009 scholarship recipients, Kirsten Robinson and Lucas Daniels. Each recipient was granted a $1,000 scholarship.

Kirsten Robinson is a graduate of Stone Bridge High School and hails from Ashburn, Virginia. She begins her studies at FSU this part of the freshmen class this fall. She plans to major in Nursing and is really looking forward to experiencing FSU, where she joins her two older brothers who are also currently students there.

Lucas Daniels is a recent graduate of Battlefield High School and selected Florida State over several other universities. He also hails from Northern Virginia and joins the class of 2013 this fall. This multi-talented new Nole has interests ranging from band to student government to drama to track and field. He plans on majoring in International Affairs and hopes to attend law school in the future.

Congratulations to both Kirsten and Lucas and we wish them all the best at Florida State! They join an impressive of class of DC-area high school seniors headed to Tallahassee this fall.

The DC Noles accept scholarship applications in the spring of each year. All DC area high school graduates going to FSU are eligible. Applicants are judged on their academic performance, extracurricular activities, and dedication to success at Florida State and beyond.
