1. Send email message to sign up email address. You may have to cut and paste email address into your email program
2. Put name of event in email message Subject line, e.g. Northern Virginia Special Olympics.
3. Put availability times in the body of message, e.g. Whole event, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, etc.
4. Respond in a timely fashion.
